About the Role

We are looking for a PR Intern to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about public relations and eager to gain hands-on experience in the luxury industry. As a PR Intern, you will support various PR activities and learn the ins and outs of the field. You will need to be based in Dubai or willing to relocate, as this is an on-site position.

Responsibilities

  • Track daily digital, social media, and print coverage to stay updated on trends.
  • Complete monthly activity reports to summarize PR efforts and outcomes.
  • Update the PR Database to ensure accurate records and information.
  • Organize the PR Stock Room and Library for easy access to materials.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Organize and distribute press tools to media contacts for effective outreach.
  • Help manage samples for photoshoots to support marketing efforts and campaigns.
  • Provide special assistance for Watches & Fine Jewelry activities to ensure success.
  • Respond to press requests promptly to maintain good relations with media.
  • Assist with coordinating special CHANEL shootings for promotional content and visibility.
  • Support the organization of press trips to engage with media and influencers.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Journalism, or Marketing.
  • Strong interest in PR, Communications, or Marketing to drive engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate for this role.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks and projects.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge of the luxury industry to enhance PR strategies.
  • Fluency in Arabic or French is a plus but not required.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
