Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from guests and travel partners.
  • Service existing reservations by processing changes and payments.
  • Quote prices and availability, and upsell products effectively.
  • Maintain accurate reservation history and transaction details.
  • Attend required training sessions and complete online courses.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum six months of contact center experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus.
