  • Reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps with a backup.
  • Stable electricity with appropriate power backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
  • Technical setup: RAM 8 GB to 16 GB, Intel Core i5 8th generation or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, Windows 10 or macOS Ventura or higher.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks as part of the hiring process.
  • Availability to work the graveyard shift to serve US-based clients.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
