Job Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated, persuasive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.
• The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting for new clients, conducting property presentations and inspections, converting prospects into customers, and achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
• The ideal candidate must be confident, commercially minded and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new property sales opportunities through direct prospecting, referrals, networking, digital leads and field marketing.
• Respond promptly to and follow up consistently with assigned leads and prospects.
• Understand customers’ property needs, budgets and investment objectives and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property presentations, inspections and site visits for prospective clients.
• Maintain an active and well-organised sales pipeline from initial contact through closing.
• Negotiate with prospects within approved company pricing and sales guidelines.
• Convert qualified prospects into completed property transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Develop referral opportunities and maintain a network of potential buyers, investors and strategic contacts.
• Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Finance and Operations to ensure smooth customer onboarding and transaction completion.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, inspections, negotiations and sales activities in the company’s approved CRM/reporting system.
• Provide accurate weekly sales activity reports and monthly performance reports.

Reporting & Accountability:

• Submit weekly sales activity reports covering leads generated, follow-ups, inspections, negotiations, pipeline value and sales achieved.
• Submit monthly performance reports within the approved reporting deadline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Economics, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, real estate, banking, insurance, telecommunications or another target-driven environment.
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close sales.
• Real estate sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory for candidates with a strong sales track record.
