About the Role

Join our 5-star hotel in Metro Manila as a Sales Manager. In this role, you will work onsite with a standard shift pattern from 9 AM to 6 PM. You will also have the opportunity to earn tips and service charges. Meals are provided during your shift, and we offer transport assistance for your convenience. Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Drive sales for the hotel across all business segments.
  • Facilitate group opportunities for outbound hotels.
  • Create awareness of meeting and banqueting facilities.
  • Develop contracts and manage opportunity details.
  • Communicate with key contacts regularly.
  • Maintain accurate account data and reporting.
  • Resolve guest issues related to the sales process.
  • Participate in guest satisfaction review sessions.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of sales experience.
  • Experience with international hotel chains.
  • Strong customer development skills.
  • Ability to create effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent organization and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations.
  • B2 English proficiency.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.
