Sales Service Intern – Hybrid, Philippines

About the Role

Join us as a Sales Service Intern in a hybrid role based in the Philippines. You will work three days onsite and two days from home. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance work and personal life. You will assist in various tasks related to warranty claims and reporting. We aim to provide a supportive environment for your growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing monthly warranty claims.
• Track original invoices and follow up on reports.
• Update the ASA and KUM dashboard regularly.
• Contact survey detractors to understand their concerns.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the team.

Requirements

• Available to start in late August 2025.
• Must commit to a minimum of 500 hours.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes.
