About the Role

Join our team as a Sales Manager at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Metro Manila. This role is onsite and offers a structured shift pattern, typically from 9 AM to 6 PM, with occasional night shifts. Night shift differentials are provided. You will enjoy meal breaks during your shifts, and transport is available for your convenience. We also offer a 13th-month pay for all employees.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Sales in rolling out sales strategies.
  • Handle sales activities with local and international partners.
  • Generate new business opportunities to boost revenue.
  • Implement sales activities and action plans effectively.
  • Take responsibility for the team's sales performance.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Maintain high sales and service standards.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
