About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on driving sales growth in the hospitality sector. You will work closely with hotels, resorts, and restaurants to promote our range of OS&E products. Your efforts will help expand our market presence and strengthen our client relationships.

This position is on-site, and we offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but not mandatory. If you are passionate about sales and enjoy building connections, we want to hear from you.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
