About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Aftersales Manager to join our team in the UAE. This role involves overseeing aftersales operations for commercial vehicles and buses. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear aftersales strategy to meet company goals.
• Lead multi-site workshop operations to ensure efficient service delivery in a busy environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
• Oversee the spare parts value chain to optimize inventory management.
• Enhance customer experience through effective service processes.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators to assess team performance.
• Collaborate with OEMs and stakeholders to align on service standards.
• Build and develop high-performing aftersales teams to achieve targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or Business.
• 10–15 years of leadership experience in aftersales operations.
• Proven track record in managing service and parts operations.
• Experience leading large teams in a dynamic and demanding environment.
• Valid UAE driving license is required for this role.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
