Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial and management reports to support decision-making.
• Track budgets, expenditures, and financial commitments to ensure compliance.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities to maintain accurate records.
• Develop and enhance financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Draft financial memoranda and analytical reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support financial planning and risk management initiatives to mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting practices.
• Experience in government entities or structured organizations is a plus.
