About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Landscaping and Agriculture Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a strong background in landscaping and agriculture practices, along with extensive project management experience. You will oversee landscaping projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with client expectations. Your expertise will be vital in enhancing outdoor spaces and managing agricultural initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in landscaping and agriculture, with a focus on the UAE market. Familiarity with local rules and practices is a plus. This position is not remote; you will work on-site in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Design the landscaping scope of work for various projects.
• Manage the performance of landscaping contractors to ensure quality outcomes.
• Track seasonal changes and initiate necessary actions to maintain landscapes.
• Act as the subject matter expert in landscaping and agriculture.
• Coordinate the procurement of agricultural materials for projects.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, landscaping, or agriculture.
• Possess a valid UAE Driver’s license for travel between sites.
• Have at least 10 years of experience in landscaping practices.
• Demonstrate 5 years of managerial experience in the Middle East.
• Show knowledge of landscaping and agriculture practices relevant to the UAE.
