About the Role

We are seeking a Senior MEP Manager to oversee on-site operations in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. You will ensure that all systems run smoothly and meet safety standards. Your expertise will help maintain critical infrastructure in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily MEP and HVAC services across facilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure the reliability of critical systems like power and HVAC.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks to reduce disruptions in operations.
• Evaluate the performance of MEP contractors and service providers.
• Ensure contractors meet safety and service level agreements.
• Review technical submissions and system records for accuracy.
• Support testing and commissioning of new MEP systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years in MEP operations or facilities management.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in large-scale, operationally critical environments is preferred.
