Job Description

About the Role

As a Senior People Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and driving HR initiatives across our operations in the Philippines. You will be the primary point of contact for HR services, ensuring that our organizational objectives align with employee needs while fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws relevant to the UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance employee relations by implementing initiatives that drive satisfaction and engagement.
  • Conduct focus group discussions (FGDs) and new hire assimilation activities.
  • Develop and maintain feedback loops between employees and leadership to facilitate open communication.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify turnover trends and develop effective retention strategies.
  • Guide leadership on compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Oversee policy enforcement to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Lead HR Advisors in executing people-related programs and processes.
  • Utilize data analytics for decision-making and reporting on employee trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience with HRMS software and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
