Responsibilities

• Ensure organizational compliance with EASA rules and standards.
• Conduct thorough reviews and gap analyses of EASA requirements.
• Develop, update, and maintain safety manuals and procedures.
• Investigate product safety incidents and concerns.
• Deliver training on regulatory and safety topics to staff.
• Act as a subject matter expert for EASA and product safety issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, Safety, Quality, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or QMS roles.
• Strong knowledge of EASA rules and standards.
• Experience performing regulatory gap analysis and compliance assessments.
• Familiarity with product safety processes and procedures.
