We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Tanauan, CALABARZON. This is an onsite role where you will manage engineering projects from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track project progress and key performance metrics.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee project records, proposals, and work statements.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial).
• 4–5+ years of experience in project engineering or management.
• Strong knowledge of engineering development and manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Primavera, Siemens NX, and Solidworks.
• Understanding of compliance and quality assurance practices.
• PMP or ACP certification is a plus.
