Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of logistics and supply chain trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with the sales team to gather client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Design and optimize supply chain solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Draft solution proposals and technical records that clearly outline project scope and deliverables.
- Provide technical support and training for the sales team to improve client engagement.
- Participate in technical discussions and negotiations to secure project buy-in.
- Track performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet established goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as logistics or supply chain management.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics and supply chain oversight.
- Deep knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in teams and handle stress effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.

Statutory benefits (UAE)
Wage Protection System (WPS)
Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).
End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)
21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.
Annual leave
Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).
Sick leave
Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.
Health insurance
Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
