About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist - Contracts Management to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on overseeing supplier performance and ensuring compliance with contracts. You will work closely with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and support our goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead frameworks for tracking supplier performance.
  • Analyze supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure suppliers follow contractual obligations.
  • Prepare reports on operational and contractual performance.
  • Act as a key user for performance tracking systems.
  • Support collaboration across different teams.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in contract oversight or facilities management.
  • Experience in large operational environments.
  • Proven skills in performance reporting and KPI tracking.

Requirements

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
