About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist Order Book Fulfilment to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will oversee the execution of order book activities. Your focus will be on ensuring timely fulfillment of sales demand while collaborating with various teams. This position requires a strong background in supply chain management and logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Drive order book execution activities to meet sales targets.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of sales demand through effective planning.
  • Analyze and report on order book status for stakeholders.
  • Manage order book transactions according to internal rules.
  • Control campaign and launch availability for new products.
  • Align with supply chain teams on delivery priorities.
  • Track orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Lead internal alignment for lead times and processes.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in cross-functional S&OP meetings to share insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
  • 2-4 years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles.
  • Experience working in a multinational company.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
