About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Trading & Allocation to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a strong background in inventory management and data-driven decision-making. You will play a key part in supporting profitability through effective allocation and trading strategies. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in business, finance, or merchandising and at least three years of relevant experience.

In this position, you will work closely with various teams to translate seasonal strategies into actionable allocation plans. Your ability to monitor sales performance will enable quick responses to market changes. This role is on-site in Dubai, and fluency in Arabic is a plus.

Requirements

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
