About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Superintendent - Safety to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on ensuring safety standards are met on-site. Responsibilities

• Track and assist in rolling out safety control strategies.
• Oversee daily operations of the safety department.
• Lead investigations into safety incidents and recommend improvements.
• Plan and deliver safety training courses for staff.
• Manage maintenance and testing of safety systems.
• Evaluate the workplace for safety adherence.
• Guide EHS representatives in their duties.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, or a NEBOSH diploma.
• Have 2-4 years of relevant safety experience in manufacturing.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in English.
• Show excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Exhibit good time management and prioritization abilities.
• Possess a thorough understanding of safety management systems.
