About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated UAE Cadet to join our team in Dubai. This on-site position requires candidates to be fluent in both English and Arabic. You will play a crucial role in supporting flight operations and ensuring the safety of our aircraft.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 225 hours of flying time if aged between 20 and 34, or 1,000 hours if aged between 35 and 50. Additionally, you must pass the GCAA Air-law exam and hold an ELP level of 4 or above. A 1st Class Medical certificate from ICAO CPL/IR with MCC for Frozen ATPL is also required.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
