  • Source qualified candidates for various healthcare roles, including RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
  • Conduct phone screenings and manage interviews using tools like HelloHire.
  • Utilize platforms such as CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for candidate outreach.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
  • Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire.
  • Recommend improvements for hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience, especially in healthcare roles.
  • Proven ability to source candidates creatively using social media and job boards.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with confidence in closing candidates.
  • Proactive and self-managed, capable of handling multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with healthcare credentialing and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for compliance tasks.
  • Ability to work 100% remotely in a US time zone.
  • Must have a reliable technical setup, including a high-definition webcam and a minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps.
