Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Officer to manage the company’s day-to-day administrative activities while providing support with basic accounting and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative and office operations.
• Maintain accurate records, files, invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
• Prepare and track invoices, payments, expenses, and petty cash.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and basic bookkeeping.
• Monitor company expenses and maintain proper documentation.
• Handle correspondence, documentation, and office supplies.
• Support payroll preparation and staff-related administrative records.
• Handle procurement processes ,vendor sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, documentation, and payment follow-up.
• Manage office inventory and maintain updated records of equipment, supplies, and organizational assets.
• Prepare internal communications such as memos, meeting minutes, letters, and official correspondence.
• Support HR tasks including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, staff and documentation
• Maintain accurate staff records including attendance, leave, payroll data, and performance documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of company information.
• Prepare and submit monthly administrative and financial reports.
• Perform other administrative and accounting duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with accounting software is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
