Job Title: Account Assistant

Location: Kubwa, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• Online Foodstuff Store Ltd is seeking a diligent, organised, and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the Accounts team with data entry, documentation, and routine administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter financial and transaction data accurately into company records and systems.
• Assist with filing, sorting, and maintaining financial documents.
• Handle the delivery and retrieval of documents between designated offices and locations as required.
• Support the Accounts team with routine administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and handle company documents confidentially.

Requirements

• A minimum of a degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Must have completed NYSC, be awaiting NYSC, or currently serving as a corps member.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail, organisational skills, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills, reliability, and a responsible attitude.

Experience:

• Entry-level; previous work experience is not required.
