Head of Sales and Marketing

Description

• We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial growth strategy in Abuja.
• This role requires a strategic leader with strong experience in digital marketing, sales leadership, business development, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team.
• Build strategic partnerships and expand corporate (B2B) and retail customer acquisition.​​​​​​​
• Monitor sales performance and prepare executive reports for Management.

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, email, and other digital channels.​​​​​​​
• Manage the company's content and lead generation strategy.​​​​​​​
• Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics and optimize ROI.
• Work closely with content creators and designers to strengthen the company's online presence.

Business Development:

• Identify new markets and growth opportunities.​​​​​​​
• Develop marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and customer retention.​​​​​​​
• Establish relationships with hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and other institutional buyers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.​​​​​​​
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.​​​​​​​
• Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing is mandatory.​​​​​​​
• Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue growth.​​​​​​​
• Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.​​​​​​​
• Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or food distribution is highly preferred.
