Account Manager

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are seeking to urgently recruit an experienced Account Manager to support its finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day general accounting processes and financial records
• Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable
• Process and reconcile vendor payments accurately and promptly
• Maintain supplier and customer account records
• Prepare routine financial reports and support reconciliations
• Use Zoho Books to record transactions, track payments, and generate reports
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal financial procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 3–5 years’ relevant work experience are required.
• ICAN certification is required.
• Knowledge of general accounting processes
• Experience in accounts receivable and vendor payment processing
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
