Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, record daily transactions, monitor income and expenses, and support the preparation of financial reports.
• The successful candidate will ensure proper financial documentation, assist with account reconciliation, monitor cash flow, and support the company's overall financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts.
• Track company income, expenses, and cash flow.
• Assist with preparing monthly and periodic financial reports.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up where necessary.
• Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Ensure financial records comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Assist the Business Manager and management team with financial information and reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, HND, or OND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of financial records and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or luxury goods is an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 monthly.
