Job Summary
- Our client, a growing hair restoration and aesthetic clinic, specializing in hair transplant procedures and non-surgical hair restoration treatments, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and financial controls while supporting effective financial management of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Manage general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations and management reports
- Monitor cash flow, budgets and financial performance
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Coordinate tax, audit and statutory reporting requirements
- Review financial records and identify discrepancies or control gaps
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff where applicable
- Provide management with accurate financial insights to support decision-making
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant accounting experience*, preferably in a senior accounting role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Professional accounting qualification such as ICAN, ACCA or equivalent is required or strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and internal controls
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, professionalism and accountability
- Experience managing or supervising accounting personnel is an advantage
Salary
N350,000 - N600,000 per month.
