Accountant

Location: Kaduna

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / First Degree in Accounting or Finance with 3-5 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as an accountant in the food industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
