Job Description
- We are expanding our reach and are looking for smart, energetic Product Marketing Agents to help introduce our brand and digital products to more users and drive customer acquisition.
- The Product Marketing Agent will be responsible for actively promoting the brand's digital products, introducing them to potential customers, onboarding new active users and driving product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote the brand's digital products to individuals, businesses and potential users.
- Onboard new and active users onto the relevant platform.
- Identify and engage potential customers within assigned locations and networks.
- Explain the products, services and benefits to prospective users.
- Demonstrate how customers can use the relevant digital products and services.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential users.
- Follow up with newly onboarded users to encourage continued platform usage.
- Drive awareness and visibility and its digital products within assigned locations and networks.
- Provide regular updates and reports on onboarding activities and results.
- Consistently work towards and achieve assigned monthly targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification; OND, HND or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, field sales or business development is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Strong ability to approach and engage new people.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Comfortable working independently and in the field.
- Ability to use smartphones and basic digital applications.
- Must be energetic, proactive and willing to actively promote our digital products and services.
- Must own a smart phone.
Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 / month.
