Job Summary

• We are looking for a friendly and organized Admin Intern (Youth Corper) to support our front desk and day-to-day administrative activities.
• The role involves welcoming visitors, responding to calls and enquiries and handling basic administrative task.

Job Description

• Receiving and welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
• Answering and directing incoming calls and enquiries
• Managing visitor registration and maintaining accurate reception records
• Assisting with the coordination of meetings and appointments
• Receiving and distributing incoming mails, documents, and parcels
• Providing general administrative support to the Admin/Facilities team
• Assisting with stationery and other front desk supplies
• Supporting the Front Desk Officer during busy periods to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Maintaining a professional, clean, and organized reception area
• Performing other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be a current NYSC Corps Member residing on the island
