Admin Officer

Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Admin Officer to join a reputable company in the construction industry.
• The ideal candidate will oversee administrative operations, ensure efficient office management, and provide support to various departments to enhance organizational productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office activities.
• Maintain company records, files, and confidential documents.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
• Support HR and management with administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as an Administrative Officer, preferably in the construction industry or a related sector.
• Strong knowledge of office administration and records management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
