Description

• Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Manager to drive business growth, develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, expanding the customer base, and strengthening the bank's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies.
• Drive customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and portfolio growth.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present periodic marketing performance reports.
• Ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds assigned targets.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline.
• Age: 28–35 years.
• Male or Female.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and develop winning marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector is an added advantage.
