Admin Officer

Location: Lekki/Ajah, Lagos

About the Role

• We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Officer to support the smooth day-to-day operations of a professional investment-focused organisation.
• The ideal candidate should be confident in handling administrative processes, coordinating office activities, managing records, and supporting management and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office administration, correspondence, documentation, and filing.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and internal communications.
• Maintain accurate physical and digital records, reports, databases, and administrative documents.
• Prepare letters, memos, reports, presentations, and other official documents.
• Assist with monitoring office supplies, equipment, and general office needs.
• Support management with administrative tasks and follow up on assigned activities.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and financial information.
• Support basic financial and operational documentation as required.
• Ensure administrative processes are organised, timely, and properly documented.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Proximity to Lekki and Ajah is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other digital productivity tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and work with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and interpersonal skills.
