Capable of reading and interpreting electronic circuit diagrams and analyzing faults based on these schematics.

Proficient in handling soldering irons and other repair tools for soldering and replacing motherboard components. Communicate effectively with customers and the technical team to resolve aftersales technical issues. Maintain detailed service logs and repair reports for accurate documentation. Collaborate with the engineering team to perform system checks and execute upgrades. Familiar with the installation processes for both on-grid and off-grid solar systems.

Requirements

Graduate of Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or any related field.
Minimum of 1 year of practical experience as an Aftersales Engineer in the solar energy sector.
Strong analytical abilities and effective problem-solving skills are essential.
Must be willing to conduct on-site and fieldwork.
Excellent time management, communication, and customer relationship management skills are required.
Familiarity with electrical circuit faults is a plus.
