• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related built environment discipline.
• Registration with the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years professional experience, including at least 4 years in design management or senior architectural coordination.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and structural design processes and coordination standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with Revit or similar BIM software is highly desirable.
• Experience managing consultant teams on fast-track or Design and Build projects in Nigeria.
• Familiarity with document management platforms such as Procore, Aconex, or equivalents.

• Lead and manage the design program from concept to technical design issuance for all project packages.
• Coordinate all design consultants including architects, engineers, and specialist advisors.
• Manage the release schedule for design packages ensuring timely issuance for construction.
• Enforce design freeze after concept approval and manage changes through formal processes.
• Review and resolve coordination issues in design packages prior to construction release.
• Maintain and update the master drawing register for all disciplines and project blocks.
• Issue architectural drawings to site teams via the project management platform and confirm receipt.
• Track and manage Requests for Information and Architect's Instructions, ensuring timely responses and implementation.
