Area Operations Manager

Job Summary

• A fast-growing QSR Operations company is seeking an experienced and result-driven Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple outlets and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets.
• Drive sales, profitability, cost control and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operating standards.
• Coach, train and develop Outlet Managers and key team members.
• Monitor customer service and ensure consistent brand standards across outlets.
• Conduct outlet audits and regular performance reviews.
• Analyse operational reports and implement improvement plans.
• Work with other departments to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in QSR or retail operations, with at least 2 years in a multi-outlet management role.
• Proven track record of driving sales and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 per month.
