Job Title: Automation Engineer

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Job Responsibilities [In Summary]

• Support the entire plant on process automation and minimization of losses from process malfunction.
• Extract and analyse automation data and manage software licenses and versions.
• Support corrective maintenance in automation and process control via evaluation, troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
• Manage calibration activities, software modifications, backups, parameter registration and version control.
• Develop and implement automation maintenance policy and automation contingency plan (obsolence management)
• Support the production team in the translation of technical requirements from new product/recipe developments and implementation of these changes via modifications.

Major Requirements

• Degree/ HND in Electrical and Electronics, Process Control/ Automation Engineering or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum of seven years’ relevant experience on Krones/Injection Molding machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Process Automation and Engineering/System Programming Skills.

Salary
N2,000,000 - N30,000,000 gross per annum.
