Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos and Port Harcourt - Rivers

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Business Development Executive to expand our client base, strengthen existing customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
• The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic client relationships, and promote our range of security services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present the company's security solutions.
• Prepare compelling proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure timely contract renewals and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
• Negotiate commercial terms with clients while ensuring company profitability.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports using company systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Previous experience selling security services is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.
• Self-driven, confident, and comfortable engaging senior decision-makers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced sales environment.

What We Offer
Competitive earnings of up to N1,000,000 per month (inclusive of commission).
