Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced, confident, and results-driven Business Development Executive with a proven track record in real estate sales.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, acquiring clients, closing property sales, and building long-term relationships with investors and prospective buyers.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong sales expertise, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. She should be commercially minded, target-driven, and capable of delivering consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate market.
• Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Market and sell the company’s real estate products and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property presentations, inspections, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Negotiate and close property sales while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and transaction processes.
• Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and other marketing engagements.
• Deliver exceptional after-sales relationship management to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 3 – 5 years’ proven experience in business development or sales within the real estate industry.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully selling real estate properties and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market and property investment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Female candidates are preferred for this role.
• Candidates must be based in Lagos.

Salary
N40,000 Monthly.
