Responsibilities
Prepare and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing strategies and work plans aligned with corporate objectives.

• Develop and present tailored proposals across the company’s range of products to meet the needs of prospective and existing clients.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue and market expansion.
• Execute outbound prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and client visits, to generate and qualify leads.
• Build, manage, and sustain strong client relationships to support long-term business retention and growth.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client pitches within your team/ clients.
• Lead negotiations and close deals in line with revenue, profitability, and strategic targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, and product development) to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
• Coordinate client onboarding and work closely with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activities within the CRM system.
• Follow up proactively on leads, proposals, and client feedback to improve conversion rates and accelerate deal closure.
• Design and implement client retention and account management strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
