Job Title: Operations Manager

Reports to: Board of Directors

The Role

• This is a senior role with real ownership. You'll set up the company's operational framework from the ground up, find viable investment opportunities, coordinate acquisitions and development projects, and run the company's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the company's operational processes, policies and systems
• Identify, assess and appraise real estate investment opportunities
• Lead land and property acquisition, including due diligence and documentation
• Coordinate development projects from start to finish
• Work with regulators, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders
• Drive business growth, partnerships and deal negotiations
• Oversee asset management of the company's property portfolio
• Report to the Board on operations, investments and performance

Requirements

• Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Building, Civil Engineering, Business or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in real estate operations, property development, investment analysis or land acquisition
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market, including acquisition, due diligence, investment appraisal and asset management
• Proven experience coordinating real estate development projects
• Strong leadership, business development, negotiation and strategic planning skills
• Professional membership (NIESV, ESVARBON, RICS or similar) is an advantage.
