Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and service agreements.
• Understand client workforce and business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling company services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and industry engagements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, client information, and business development reports.

Requirements
Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition.
• Experience in outsourcing, recruitment, HR services, consulting, or professional services is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
