Role Overview

• The Senior Business Development Executive will lead the company's growth efforts by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and closing high-value deals.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Prepare sales presentations, commercial proposals, and accurate revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
