Job Summary

• We're looking for someone who can go beyond traditional selling by understanding client challenges, engaging decision-makers, and recommending solutions that deliver measurable business value.

What you'll be doing

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
• Engage corporate clients using a consultative sales approach to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation through negotiation and deal closure.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of our services.
• Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Identify opportunities to support organizations with talent acquisition, professional development, and learning solutions.
• Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to business development strategies.

What were looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, consultative sales, B2B sales, or account management
• A proven ability to generate leads, engage corporate clients, and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience selling professional services, consulting solutions, or corporate training will be an advantage.
• A target-driven mindset, commercial awareness, and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
