We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: CMT Sales Executive

Locations: Ibafo, Isolo, Iyana Ipaja, Igando, Bariga, and Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented CMT Sales Executive to drive business growth in Lagos. (Ibafo, Isolo, Iyana Ipaja, Igando, Bariga and Lekki)
Responsible for establishing, maintaining and expanding the database of modern trade outlets by ensuring availability and visibility of Erisco Foods Products in all modern trade outlets in Lagos Island.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in Lagos market to expand customer base and drive revenue growth.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align customer strategies.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Minimum of 2 years Work Experience in Modern trade sales with quality field sales experience especially in FMCG.

Qualifications / Requirements

OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of the Lagos market and its distribution channels.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Candidate must reside in Lagos, within Ibafo, Isolo, Iyana Ipaja, Igando, Bariga and Lekki.
