Job Title: CMT Sales Executive

Locations: Ibafo, Isolo, Iyana Ipaja, Igando, Bariga, and Lekki - Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented CMT Sales Executive to drive business growth in Lagos. (Ibafo, Isolo, Iyana Ipaja, Igando, Bariga and Lekki)
• Responsible for establishing, maintaining and expanding the database of modern trade outlets by ensuring availability and visibility of Erisco Foods Products in all modern trade outlets in Lagos Island.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Lagos market to expand customer base and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align customer strategies.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Minimum of 2 years Work Experience in Modern trade sales with quality field sales experience especially in FMCG.

Qualifications / Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Lagos market and its distribution channels.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
• Candidate must reside in Lagos, within Ibafo, Isolo, Iyana Ipaja, Igando, Bariga and Lekki.
