Content Creator & Executive Assistant

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and proactive content creator & executive assistant to support the managing director while driving the company's digital presence.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases our interior design projects and brand identity while also providing administrative and operational support to the MD.
• This role requires someone who is passionate about interior design, social media trends, content storytelling, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media:

• Create high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage, project progress, client testimonials, and completed interior design projects.
• Edit videos, reels, and promotional content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Develop engaging captions and content that align with the company's brand voice.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend creative content ideas.
• Respond to basic social media inquiries and engage with followers where necessary.
• Work closely with the MD to bring creative ideas and campaigns to life.

Executive Support:

• Manage the MD's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and business engagements.
• Attend meetings with the MD when required and take accurate minutes.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely execution.
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, proposals, and business correspondence.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal team members on behalf of the MD when necessary.

Administrative Duties:

• Organize and maintain digital files and documentation.
• Assist with project coordination and task tracking.
• Ensure smooth communication between the MD and various departments.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, executive assistance, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content editing tools.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for interior design is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
