As a Customer Care Representative, you will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, provide detailed product and service information, and support administrative tasks. This position requires a professional approach and the ability to document interactions effectively.

Requirements

OND, HND, or B.Sc degree.
At least 1 year of experience in customer care, sales, or administrative roles.
Residence near Marina CMS, Lagos Island (areas such as Obalende, CMS, Ebute Metta).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
Assist with basic administrative and customer service duties.
