Customer Sales Executive (Lubricants & Auto Parts)

About the Role

• We are seeking a results-driven and energetic Customer Sales Executive to join our team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing B2B and retail customer relationships, and expanding our market footprint across Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new distributors, mechanics, workshops, and retail outlets for our lubricant and auto parts product lines.
• Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring high retention and repeat orders.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Provide technical product information and exceptional support to clients.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing and industry trends in Lagos.

Requirements & Qualifications

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Mechanical/Automotive background is a plus).
• 2 - 4 years of proven sales experience strictly within the lubricants, engine oils, or automotive spare parts industry in Nigeria.
• Must know how to drive manual/automatic vehicles proficiently and possess a valid Nigerian driver's license.
• Strong network and deep familiarity with major spare parts markets in Lagos (e.g., Ladipo, Aspamda, Lagos Island) and mechanical hubs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
